Stay active, strong, and confident with 55+ And Fit!
This fun, low-impact class focuses on movements that make everyday life easier. Each session includes a gentle warm-up, strength training, cardio, balance work, and a cool-down stretch. We will use chairs, weights, balls, and bands to keep your body moving and your mind sharp.
Dates:
FALL Session 2: October 14th - December 23rd *10 weeks due to holidays
Session 1: January 5th - February 25th (MON/WED)
January 6th - February 26th (TUES/THURS)
Session 2: March 2nd - April 22nd (MON/WED)
March 3rd - April 23rd (TUES/THURS)
Time: 8:30am - 9:30am

Registration Deadlines: January 4th & 5th | March 1st & 2nd
*Session registration will close prior to the third class. After the SECOND class,
a $5 drop-in fee must be paid at each attended class*
Fee: $40 per class per session
Note: The daily/weekly focus of both classes will be the same. Example: Monday's workout will be the same as Tuesday's workout and Wednesday's workout will be the same as Thursday's workout.
