Stay active, strong, and confident with 55+ And Fit!
This fun, low-impact class focuses on movements that make everyday life easier. Each session includes a gentle warm-up, strength training, cardio, balance work, and a cool-down stretch. We will use chairs, weights, balls, and bands to keep your body moving and your mind sharp.
Dates:
Session 1: April 27th - June 17th (MON/WED)
April 28th - June 18th (TUES/THURS) FULL
Session 2: June 22nd - August 12th (MON/WED)
June 23rd - August 13th (TUES/THURS)
Time: 8:30am - 9:30am

Registration Deadlines: April 26th & 27th | June 21st & 22nd
*Session registration will close prior to the third class. After the SECOND class,
a $5 drop-in fee must be paid at each attended class*
Fee: $40 per class per session | $5 drop-in
Note: The daily/weekly focus of both classes will be the same. Example: Monday's workout will be the same as Tuesday's workout and Wednesday's workout will be the same as Thursday's workout.
