Invest in your health and improve your daily living with a variety of movements that have meaning. Class will include a warm-up, muscle strengthening, cardio, balance and a cool down stretch. Class uses chairs, weights and bands.

Session 2: October 14th - December 23rd *10 weeks due to holidays
