Ages: 15+
Come experience a class that will challenge you each session. This class will mix strength training and muscular endurance for a high intensity full body workout. Can be at your own pace and skill level.
FEE: Session 1: $40 | Drop-in: $5/day
Session 2: $55 | Drop-in: $5/day
DEADLINES: August 11th | October 6th
*Session registration will close the night of the second class. After that
class, a drop-in fee of $5 must be paid at each attended class.*

NOTE: No class on Monday, September 2nd. Classes on November 18th & 20th and December 16th & 18th will be held in the MPAAC Lobby.
