Build strength, boost endurance, and challenge yourself with Boot Camp! 
Each class combines strength, cardio, and core work for a full-body workout that will leave you feeling strong and accomplished. Exercises can be modified for any fitness level - move at your own pace and get stronger every class!


Dates: Mondays and Wednesdays
Session 1: January 5th - Februray 25th
Session 2: March 2nd - April 22nd

Fee:
$40 | $5 drop-in
*Session registration will close prior to the third class. After that
          class, a drop-in fee of $5 must be paid at each attended class.* 

Time:
6pm

Ages: 15+
Location: Multi-Purpose Room

Registration Deadlines:
January 4th | March 1st

NOTE: 3rd Monday class of each month will meet at 5:45pm
