Come experience a class that will challenge you each session. This class will mix strength training and muscular endurance for a high intensity full body workout. Can be at your own pace and skill level.

DATES: Session 1: April 28th - June 18th
Session 2: June 23rd - August 13th
FEE: $40 per session
$5 drop-in
DEADLINES: March 2nd | April 27th | June 22nd
*Session registration will close the night of the second class. After that
class, a drop-in fee of $5 must be paid at each attended class.*
