Each class combines strength, cardio, and core work for a full-body workout that will leave you feeling strong and accomplished. Exercises can be modified for any fitness level - move at your own pace and get stronger every class!
Dates: Mondays and Wednesdays
Spring Session 2: March 2nd - April 22nd
Summer Session 1: April 27th - June 17th
Summer Session 2: June 22nd - August 12th
Fee: $40 | $5 drop-in
*Session registration will close prior to the third class. After that
class, a drop-in fee of $5 must be paid at each attended class.*

NOTE: 3rd Monday class of each month will meet at 5:45pm. No class on 5/4
