Come experience a class that will challenge you each session. This class will mix strength training and muscular endurance for a high intensity full body workout. Can be at your own pace and skill level.

DATES: Session 1: August 18th - October 8th
Session 2: October 13th - December 22nd
FEE: Session I: $40
Session II: $50
$5 drop-in
DEADLINES: August 17th | October 12th
*Session registration will close prior to the third class. After that
class, a drop-in fee of $5 must be paid at each attended class.*

NOTE: 3rd Monday class of each month will meet at 5:45pm
Class WILL meet on Labor Day 9/1. NO CLASS September 15th.
