Slow Flow Yoga
Tuesday and Thursday
8:00 - 9:00 am
Class will focus on stretching, strengthening, breathing and centering the body. Modifications can be made, the use of props will be offered to tailor the practice to your experience and energy level. Participants must be able to move from floor to standing.

Note: Due to new instructor's schedule, Session 1 will begin after Labor Day and meet for 5 weeks. Beginning with Session 2, the class will go back to an 8-week class.
