Learn to synchronize movement with the breath while engaging muscles you may have forgotten about. A well rounded class for everyone of every age and ability. 

Fee: Special Session: $10  |  Summer Session: $40
Location:  MRC Meeting Room
Deadlines: April 24th | June 19th
Note: This is not a flow yoga class. 
      *Session registration will close at the end of the first class. After that class,
        a $5 drop-in fee must be paid at each attended class*
