Aqua Zumba
This class is designed to accommodate all ages and fitness levels for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. Water creates a natural resistance, continuously building cardiovascular strength while toning your muscles. Exercise content is choreographed to music and allows for modifications.

Time: Morning Session
          January 15th - March 6th (registration deadline: January 14th)
          8:15am - 9am 
          Evening Session
          March 19th - May 9th (registration deadline: March 18th)
          6pm - 6:45pm
