This class is designed to accommodate all ages and fitness levels for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine! Water creates a natural resistance, continuously building cardiovascular strength while toning your muscles. Exercise content is choreographed to music and allows for individualized modifications. 

Fall Session I:
August 17th - September 28th 
3:30 - 4:15 p.m. (regular class with modifications)

Fall Session II:
October 12th - November 18th 
9:00 - 9:45 a.m.  (regular class with modifications)

Note: Water fitness participants are welcome to use the locker rooms for changing, but are not allowed to store items during classes. There are showers available for use before and after class. We ask that all water participants do not enter the body of water until a lifeguard is on deck and you have been given permission to enter. A warm-up is included within the scheduled class time.
