Learn how to create/plan meals on a budget. Receive information about the nutritional guidelines necessary for people over age 55 and learn how to meal prep for one. Participants will receive a "Meals for One" recipe packet and get hands-on experience preparing one of the meals while learning kitchen safety, tips/tricks/tools for cooking and basic cutting techniques. Great for beginners to experienced cooks.
