Lap Swimming & Water Walking
The Maize Performing Art and Aquatics Center is fortunate to have a beautiful 8-lane lap pool and temperature controlled therapeutic pool. Lap swimming and water walking are forms of exercise that are great for low impact cardiovascular workouts. This offering allows for variety in your workout routine. Water walking can be a stand alone component of your fitness routine or a building block to lap swimming. Pool noodles are available for assistance. 

Date: June 8th - August 3rd

Fee: $40 per session
Time: 8am - 10am *participants can attend anytime between 8am - 10am
Ages: 15+
Max: 20
Note: Lap lanes are first come first served.
