KNeticx is a whole-body wellness facility in Wichita and Derby. We help develop youth sports athletes on the field as well as providing local Kansas resources to support the whole family's health. From sports lessons/teams to pasture raised meats to active birthday parties, there is a little bit of something for everyone.
All clinics will be hosted at Maize South High School - turf softball field - each clinic will be offered FREE to our participants
Coaching Clinic -
April 21st:
(No participant max) - 2:00pm-2:30pm
Are you a coach or parent that is looking for resources to help you improve your team? During this clinic we will be going over many of the drills we use to develop hitting, fielding/throwing, and catching in our players. We will give examples of what is appropriate for different ages and how to structure your practices to get the most out of your time on the field. Offered for all MRC baseball/softball coaches. NO PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Softball Pitching Clinic -
April 21st:
(50 participant max) - 2:30pm-3:00pm
This clinic will help athletes learn the correct fundamentals of softball pitching. Pitching mechanics, grips, and drills will be discussed. MRC kid pitch softball coaches are welcome to attend as well! All participants will need a glove. Offered for the softball kid pitch division. PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Baseball/Softball Hitting & Fielding Clinic -
April 28th:
Coach pitch group (50 participant max) - 2pm-3:30pm
Kid pitch group (50 participant max) - 3:30pm-5:00pm
This clinic will help athletes learn the correct fundamentals of hitting and fielding. With small group station work, each athlete will have a change to participate in many drills to help improve their skills. Most of these drills they can take with them and do at home to continue to grow and learn. All participants will need a glove, helmet, and bat. Offered for boys and girls in our coach pitch - kid pitch divisions. PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED
