Dance fitness is a full-body cardio exercise that incorporates various dance styles that appeal to all ages and skill levels! It is a fun way to get your cardio workout and a great way to manage stress. Classes use dim party lights to encourage people to dance like no one's watching and to have a "dance club" atmosphere.
