Fresh Conversations is a FREE opportunity to connect with older adults for a friendly discussion focused on nutrition and physical activity. Meeting once a month for nine months, participants will receive a new, or fresh, newsletter focusing on a current health topic including practical tips and sensible solutions to everyday problems that get in the way of doing what most people want to do: eat well and live well.

Time: 11am - 12pm
Ages: 55+

Location: Maize Rec Meeting Room
Note: This is a 9 month program. At each class, participants will taste a new recipe.
