Social/Intermediate Pickleball League

Social League
Looking for a fun and friendly way to play pickleball? Our leagues are perfect for you! 

DATES: Session 1: Tuesdays, January 7th - February 11th - (social level - P2)

             Session 2: Tuesdays, March 18th - April 22nd - (social level - P2)
                                Fridays, March 21st - April 25th - (intermediate level - P3)

Rating level: P2 & P3 players

Join our Adult Pickleball League, where skill and community meet on the court! This recreational league creates a welcoming environment for players to showcase their talent or just have fun. Each session runs for six weeks, and players are grouped weekly in a round-robin format against fellow P2/P3 rated players. League play will run for five weeks, and the sixth week will include a tournament for the top ranked players.

Exciting prizes await league winners, provided by UTR, including exclusive pickleball gear for every session!

A UTR-P P2:
-Enjoys playing pickleball for fun.
-Able to maintain rallies with other players of similar skill levels.
-Focus is primarily on socializing and having a good time on the court.
-May not have a strong understanding of advanced strategies or techniques.

A UTR-P P3:
-enjoys playing pickleball at the intermediate level
-have a grasp of fundamentals and can rally consistently
-able to hit shots with reasonable accuracy and control, including dinking consistently
-focus is primarily on developing advanced shots and strategies such as the 3rd shot drop
-moves reasonably well on the court and has areas for improvement in anticipating shots, positioning and strategy


FEES: $60 per 6-week session
TIME: 6pm – 8pm
AGES: 16 and older

LOCATION: Maize Rec Multi-Purpose Room
MAX: 12 players (6 teams)
NOTE: Each player must have a USA Pickleball-approved paddle
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Session I: December 31st | Session II: March 11th
