SLOW FLOW YOGA
Class will focus on stretching, strengthening, breathing and centering the body. Modifications can be made, the use of props will be offered to tailor the practice to your experience and energy level. Participants must be able to move from floor to standing.

CHAIR YOGA
Chair Yoga uses a stable chair to provide support to a yoga practice. Perfect for anyone, chair yoga works to increase strength by using body weight resistance, Thera-bands or hand weights. Regularly practicing balance challenging movements can improve proprioception and reduce the risk of falls.

FOUNDATIONS OF YOGA
Learn to synchronize movement with the breath while engaging muscles you may have forgotten about. A well rounded class for everyone of every age and ability.

NEW YEAR, NEW YOU - YOGA EXPERIENCE
Kick off the New Year with a rejuvenating and uplifting yoga event designed to restore your body and mind! This event will feature our three talented instructors, each offering a unique style to help you find balance and relaxation. All participants will receive a custom event t-shirt, and we will be giving away door prizes throughout the event to make the morning even more special! Whether you are a seasoned yogi or just beginning your wellness journey, this event is the perfect way to embrace a healthier, more centered New Year.
