The Arthritis Foundation Walk with Ease Program is a program that meets three times a week for six weeks. The program was written specifically for people with arthritis but can be a practical and useful resource for anyone who wants to increase physical activity to gain the benefits of exercise. The class provides education about arthritis self management, walking safely and comfortably. 

FEE: FREE
TIME: 10am - 11am
LOCATION: Maize Rec Multi-Purpose Room

NOTE: Participants will walk as part of the class; walking may be indoors or outdoors depending on walking ability of participants and weather. Timing of the class coincides with Walk Kansas.
