UPLIFT Strength Fitness Register View Cart

Join us for UPLIFT, an energizing strength fitness class using weights and resistance bands! UPLIFT will leave you feeling strong, motivated, and ready to take on the day! Participants will use a combination of hand weights, resistance bands, and small exercise balls during class.

TUESDAYS
DATES: Fall Session II: October 14th - December 23rd
             
Winter/Spring Session I: January 6th - February 24th
             
Winter/Spring Session II: March 3rd - April 21st 

FEE:
 Fall Session II: $55 | $5 drop-in
        Winter/Spring Sessions: $40 | $5 drop-in
TIME: 6:45pm

NOTE: Please bring a yoga mat to class.
