SLOW FLOW YOGA
Tuesdays | Wednesdays | Thursdays
8:30am - 9:30am
Class will focus on stretching, strengthening, breathing and centering the body. Modifications can be made, the use of props will be offered to tailor the practice to your experience and energy level. Participants must be able to move from floor to standing. **Participants have the option to register for a 2-day class (Tues/Thurs ONLY) or a 3-day class (Tues/Wed/Thurs)**

CHAIR YOGA
Mondays | Wednesdays
1pm - 2pm
Chair Yoga uses a stable chair to provide support to a yoga practice. Perfect for anyone, chair yoga works to increase strength by using body weight resistance, Thera-bands or hand weights. Regularly practicing balance challenging movements can improve proprioception and reduce the risk of falls.

FOUNDATIONS OF YOGA
Thursdays
5pm - 6pm
Learn to synchronize movement with the breath while engaging muscles you may have forgotten about. A well rounded class for everyone of every age and ability.
