SLOW FLOW YOGA

8:30am - 9:30am
Class will focus on stretching, strengthening, breathing and centering the body. Modifications can be made, the use of props will be offered to tailor the practice to your experience and energy level. Participants must be able to move from floor to standing.

CHAIR YOGA
Mondays | Wednesdays
1pm - 2pm
Chair Yoga is a fun, accessible way for everyone to stay strong, flexible, and balanced - no floor work required! Using a stable chair for support, you'll move through gentle stretches and strengthening movements that improve joint mobility, circulation, and coordination.
