PILATES SCULPT brings a flowy, modern twist to classical mat Pilates. This class blends classic Pilates movements with contemporary sculpting sequences for a total-body workout. Using props like bands, balls, and light weights, you will move through dynamic combinations and seamless transitions that keep your muscles engaged from start to finish. Expect to feel the burn, improve your balance & core strength, and leave class feeling stronger and energized.
