NEW CLASS!!

TRX Total Body Blast is a high-energy suspension training class designed to strengthen your entire body using TRX straps and your own body weight. 

Expect interval circuits, functional movements, and core-focused exercises that build strength, improve mobility, and boost endurance. 

Come ready to sweat, build strength, and blast your entire body in a fun and motivating group environment!

Dates: Session I: April 30th - June 18th
           Session II: June 25th - August 13th

Fee: $50 per session
        $10 drop-in

Time: 5:30pm
Ages: 15+

Location: MRC Fitness Studio
