Join us for UPLIFT, an energizing strength fitness class using weights and resistance bands! UPLIFT will leave you feeling strong, motivated, and ready to take on the day! Participants will use a combination of hand weights, resistance bands, and small exercise balls during class.

Do you want more workouts each week? If so, we have added a NEW option to join us at an UPLIFT class!  

Choose the payment option that works best for you:
  • Individual Class Registration - Sign up for only the class that fits your schedule.
    • Tuesday Class - $40 per session
    • Saturday Class - $40 (session I) | $35 (session II)
  • UPLIFT Bundle - Sign up for both classes each week and save $10!
    • Attend both classes - $70 (session I) | $65 (session II)
  • Drop-In - Pay per class and join anytime - perfect for those on the go.
    • Per class - $5

Summer Session II:
June 23rd - August 11th

NOTE: Please bring a yoga mat to class.
