This program introduces the fundamentals of high school competitive diving, designed for middle school and high school aged athletes of all experience levels. Participants will learn the basics of the fine main categories of dives: Forward, Back, Reverse, Inward and Twisting.
Each class focuses on body control, safe takeoffs, proper entries, and the building blocks needed to perform dives with confidence. Athletes will develop coordination, strength, and aerial awareness through both dry-land and water-based drills.
No diving experience is needed - tumbling or gymnastics background is helpful, but not required. Whether you're brand new to diving or looking to refine your skills for high school competition, this class offers a supportive, fun environment for every level.
