Each session includes a gentle warm-up, strength training, cardio, balance work, and a cool-down stretch. We will use chairs, weights, balls, and bands to keep your body moving and your mind sharp. Each week provides guided instruction that will build your skills step-by-step, starting with an introduction to the tiles, equipment, and shuffling, then moving into sample hands and game strategies. you will receive your official Mah Jongg card, learn game play mechanics, and finish the session by playing full games with guidance and support.
