Develop winning plays, master control, perfect your stroke technique, and learn proper footwork for consistent performance. Sessions include fun, engaging games for live skill-based play. This is a group lesson where participants of similar playing levels will learn together. Mondays - Learn proper technique for all major shot types to improve performance and prevent injury. Build consistency across all strokes, focusing on both control and pace. Understand court layout, zones, and correct positioning for singles and doubles play. Develop the ability to hit with purpose, using ball placement to set up winning shot progressions. Improve serve mechanics and positioning to start points effectively.
