55+ And Fit - 55+ & Fit - Tues/Thurs Stay active, strong, and confident with 55+ And Fit!This fun, low-impact class focuses on movements that make everyday life easier. Each session includes a gentle warm-up, strength training, cardio, balance work, and a cool-down stretch. We will use chairs, weights, balls, and bands to keep your body moving and your mind sharp. Mah Jongg for Beginners - Mah Jongg for Beginners - June Discover the game of Mah Jongg in this fun and welcoming 4-week class! Each week provides guided instruction that will build your skills step-by-step, starting with an introduction to the tiles, equipment, and shuffling, then moving into sample hands and game strategies. you will receive your official Mah Jongg card, learn game play mechanics, and finish the session by playing full games with guidance and support.
