Chair Yoga - Chair Yoga Chair Yoga uses a stable chair to provide support to a yoga practice. Perfect for anyone, chair yoga works to increase strength by using body weight resistance, Thera-bands or hand weights. Regularly practicing balance challenging movements can improve proprioception and reduce the risk of falls.
