Our meeting room has a capacity for 75 people and is a great venue for birthday & graduation parties, seminars, meetings and much more.

Standard Rental Rates:
$100.00/two hour minimum
$50.00/each additional hour

With Alcohol & Security Rental Rates:
$200.00/two hour minimum
$100.00/each additional hour

*$300.00 Damage/Cleaning Deposit required, along with rental agreement paperwork, prior to securing date.

*Include set up and clean up in rental time

*Alcohol beverage permit may be obtained through the discretion of the Maize Police Department for a fee of $10.00*

*Individual/Group Representatives are responsible for set up/clean up of event, and must be out of the building by 12:00am*

*The meeting room can be reserved up to 3 months in advance.*

Rooms are only rented out ONCE per day. Room availability is limited Monday-Thursday.
